At Waterplay you aren't treated like a number or anyone who can enter the data into a system. You are treated like a human with ideas that are valued and are encouraged to bring your crazy ideas to the table.
Work-life balance is not only supported but encouraged. Having an extra paid week of mental health/wellness days was one of the biggest reasons why I wanted to work at Waterplay. Spending your working life at a company that takes care of their employees in this way is quite telling to how we are valued.
There is also a lot of transparency between management and the employees. I can't be specific on this here but it is another example of how Waterplay values you as a person and not just an expendable employee.
