Generally well educated and trained staff. Inclusive and wlecoming. Educators are hardworking.
Cons
The board is trying to save on quality by increasing class sizes. Many split grades and kindergartens bursting at its seams. Kindergarten educators struggling to give attention to children because there are too many needs and not enough support. Schools are have about 70 children enrolled in kindergarten and more joining constantly, the board does not allow for full kindergarten classrooms. Trying to save money for superintendent pay hikes.
