- Great people, and I enjoyed my co-workers - Unique summer job working outside everyday - The company clearly focuses on safety and our well-being

- Some of the weed removal jobs are mucky and gross - Need to be prepared to work in all the various MN summer season elements

It was fun to work at Waterfront Restoration because I got to be outside everyday, the people I worked with were great people, and it is a very satisfying job.

Not necessarily a con, but it is more labor intensive than most people probably think when they apply. You work in the rain. Dive training could be more thorough.
