Pros
Leadership is very clearly making an effort to boost morale and keep employees happy. Constant work events, lunches, mingling opportunities, and an excellent bonus year. My work life balance has been the best it has ever been in my career. Everyone is friendly and willing to lend a hand. Best leadership at any firm I've worked for, by far. Hard work is recognized and rewarded.
Cons
It is a small firm so everyone is doing the job of themselves and another person. Can have late nights and a heavy workload but it comes in waves.
