The atmosphere and work environment was great, not to mention how nice the clients always were. The pay was above average as well.

The only con was there were so many other Massage Therapists that they did not offer long shift hours making it harder to take full advantage of their competitive pay.

Flexible hours that is it

Make as much as massage envy They do not treat their employees well. It's a facade. Smile and say sure yes anything you want to your face and do the opposite behind your back. Will fire you with no warning. You won't be able to advance your career. They are just concerned about how much money they make off you. They are a business so sure but when you're making less than 30% of treatment, their not keeping you happy. People have sex loudly in the tub rooms and you're forced to listen to that while giving people massages.
