Co-junior-staffers are inspirational and supportive. The opportunities for true teamwork are endless and very satisfying.
Cons
Employees are used and abused. Beyond the ridiculous hours put in and the non-flexibility granted to salaried staff, there is little room for growth, promises are made and not kept, and there is generally a total and complete lack of respect or trust.
