As a small company we work on projects for larger firms/education/non profits to assist in generating good water policy. We work on an international basis, taking legal, cultural and other needs of the parties into account. Culture in particular is a focus in dealing with international clients.
Cons
As a small company, we bounce with the ups and downs of the economy. Additionally, we offer services to help others work through crises and other issues through mediation. Finally, as a small company each person must remain flexible in their approach to issues.
