Nothing to comment. People don’t deserve to be treated like this

This is a 25+ year old company that is run with Dictarorship at its core. The boss (who claims to be running the company) is an ill-mannered narcissist with psychopathic traits. He gets pleasure out of shouting and yelling at his staff as he feels this is the way to run the organisation. He operates with the mindset that people who are getting paid in the organisation are slaves at his mercy. He claims to have so many years of experience which has enabled him to establish this set up. However, he has no management background and lacks the basic skills of being a good leader. I’m of the opinion that he is fit to be a fisherman. Work-life balance is subjective. If he (due to his biases) feels that someone is not doing a good job, he will make sure to traumatise the person to such an extent that they loose their sanity

Timely pay. It is a great platform for learning.

Schedules can get quite hectic.
