The managers expect you to break rules to get the job done in a timely manner but soon as you get on there bad side they secretly watch you with safety and get you fired. On top of all that you make so much less then a class one it's sad you are lucky to get a 1.5 yearly raise and there's no sick time so just don't get sick.
