      - Horrific office environment - stuck working in a cubicle located on an almost vacant floor filled with empty offices and desks. - Poorly managed - very little training is provided - Hard work is rewarded with more work - Very low morale overall - Management consists of vulgar/inappropriate men - Dumpster fire

      Pros

      Very family oriented atmosphere with great leadership guiding us daily. Always room for promotion if you dedicate yourself. Great benefits with a manager who understands the work/life balance. Laughing is a daily occurrence. They make it so I enjoy not only the people, but the job here at Watchpoint.

      Cons

      Rapidly growing company that has alot of work for us to do. They need to hire more and are working on it.
