      Lots of opportunities for self development and proving oneself to the challenges Shall be good learning experience for freshers Ready to pay to the expectation of deserving candidate Good management plan for future implementations

      Cons

      Currently they are focusing on only hiring experienced individuals for their Bangalore Branch due to startup so lesser opportunity for fresher. No additional benefit plans currently for employees No infrastructure of their own, sharing infrastructure of partner organisation
