      Pros

      Someone went crazy.. The CEO and HR are smoking outside all day and Treating employees poorly, The Co-Founder & CTO left the company and CEO is doing nothing to change things.. a joke!

      Flex hours - that's it.

      - Very Interesting subjects to work (Disruptive Technology) - People are very friendly - Nice office in a cool location - Good work/life balance

      Cons

      - 3 days at the office might be a little problem if you live far from Tel Aviv
