Great experience Freelancing at WatchKeeper - Visual Designer WatchKeeper Employee Review

An industry in which is very different to usual making it both exciting and challenging. Great people, which makes the day to day enjoyable across all the different sub teams. From a Tech perspective, everyone's view is welcome and everyone supports each other. The focus is around strong levels of engineering is as a team removing any blame culture.

It's a startup so work can flex however, I don't see this as a con for me, I love the mix of work. It all depends if you are used to strict processes.

Exciting Industry to work in and great colleagues to work with. A multidisciplinary team which means you get a holistic view of how the company moves forward and you can help shape that vision.

It is a Startup environment. So depending on whether you have worked in one before it is important to understand the difficulties in this space.
