      Company does not receive enough recognition. One of the rare few companies that actually have multiple strong solution and strong leadership who only have one intention, and that is for you to succeed.

      When you have worked for other large IT companies, then what you experience here has no negatives or cons.

      Open, connected culture backed by strong leadership. If you want to lead, you will get your chance. A lot of input, a lot of feedback, and support create a great place to work.

      Cons

      Many legacy staffers who take a while to change and adapt, but the new team and leadership support change and improvement.

      Used to have great people to work with and work-life balance, but that is no longer true, and there are few pros, under Prakash WatchGuard was an amazing place to work.

      Cons

      New leadership has gutted the culture and made it very difficult to complete work.
