Promises never fulfilled - Receptionist Watauga Medical Center Employee Review

I started here as a receptionist after graduating with my bachelors in public health. I was promised to be trained as a MA and then promised the next MA opening in our office. I stayed for 4 years hoping to be promoted; I was trained as an MA and never promoted, while the office hired others to fill those spots.
