If there's calls in queue, you are there past 5pm. You are hired with a temp agency. Management is shady. If you bring your own office supplies. Be prepared for them to be stolen off your desk. There is a ton to learn and remember and they stay short staffed. The temp agency even said "they have the highest turn over rate of any company i assist with".
