      nothing was really a pro.

      Cons

      The trucks always would break down leaving drivers stranded for hours as the mechanics took their time to come help. No a/c in trucks and long hours in them.

      Quarterly bonus'. Wonderful drivers to work for

      Cons

      Higher ups never been in the trash business and make decisions based on nothing which only make it harder for your workers. Really hard to stop their BS and protect your front line drivers
