      great people -good atmosphere-other locations had effective sales programs in place

      Cons

      sales manager fired after starting - sales adv-marketing- disappeared and no sales manager rehired just abandoned sales staff- no one knew sales in management except pres- he was sharp but he's running company- perhaps has changed and reinvoked a true sales program

      Quarterly bonus'. Wonderful drivers to work for

      Cons

      Higher ups never been in the trash business and make decisions based on nothing which only make it harder for your workers. Really hard to stop their BS and protect your front line drivers
