      They had free coffee and allowed smoke breaks.

      Cons

      Awful work environment. Customer complaints were never resolved by management and they left customer service to lie to customers and tell them their trash or dumpsters would be serviced when they had no intention to service them.

      Quarterly bonus'. Wonderful drivers to work for

      Higher ups never been in the trash business and make decisions based on nothing which only make it harder for your workers. Really hard to stop their BS and protect your front line drivers
