It's a job supervisor and management is ok. Don't really bother you as long as you do your job.
Cons
6 day weeks mandatory. 1 year before you get 40 hours vacation. Only 4 sick days a year. Trucks a trash themselves. Always breaking down. No holidays off at all. What's so great about a career that doesn't allow me any family time. They tell you that you will make good money but they don't tell you about losing your life. And you only make a descent income if you give your life to them. If you didn't work 6 days it really wouldn't add up. They pay a day rate and I've done the math based on my hours. I'm losing about 2 or 300 dollars a check .
