      Very unorganized, no job training they will literally hire you and just throw you in. Hours are long 12 hour shifts all the time. Turn over rate is horrible.

      Quarterly bonus'. Wonderful drivers to work for

      Cons

      Higher ups never been in the trash business and make decisions based on nothing which only make it harder for your workers. Really hard to stop their BS and protect your front line drivers
