      Pros

      Benefits are good, large territories and acceptable quota to achieve each month.

      Cons

      corporate prices areas that they do not know the market. Too much paperwork and micromanagement for seasoned reps. Let your numbers show what you are doing and if you producing and it is working, do not change it.

      Quarterly bonus'. Wonderful drivers to work for

      Cons

      Higher ups never been in the trash business and make decisions based on nothing which only make it harder for your workers. Really hard to stop their BS and protect your front line drivers
