Pros
Waste Pro is a great place to work and I work with some of the nicest and most talented people around. It is nice to work for a company that cares about people and provides the opportunity to grow. I also like that there are bonus and incentive programs. I recently was able to see a coworker win a $10,000 driver award. It was awesome and nice to know employees are appreciated and awarded for hard work. The benefits are also really good with a lot of options.
Cons
The work is hard and the weather conditions can be a challenge. I would rather be on the move and prefer the road to an office.
