Pros

steady, word, word, word, word, word

Cons

no respect for drivers, no privacy, driver facing camera, managers do not support you and or protect you, one mistake your fired, starting pay is not a living wage, and you only get a raise once per year, which is called a "safety bonus" and that is based on how many stop signs you correctly stopped at via one year, aside from the fact you worked your butt off the entire year, sure thats not relevant at all. slave driver company, does not value employees. does not value cdl drivers. treats employees like the trash they haul, one mistake and your gone, one too many customer complaints, and they are sick of you. WORK EVERY SINGLE HOLIDAY WE DONT CARE IF YOU LIKE IT, WE DONT CARE TO CHANGE IT, BECAUSE WE DONT CARE. when upon further examination, we find that because the first guy made a poor contract with the city initially we all have to suffer, and work every single holiday. smart.

You will not find a better company to work for
