      Pros

      Great people, decent benefits, beautiful office. The District Manager is great and so are the Controllers. The people make this company and I was happy there except for an immediate supervisor.

      Cons

      Not a lot of options to move around as most employees are either accountants (in that field) or CSRs. Not a lot of administrative jobs.

      Best starting pay in the industry Great management Good training Excellent company culture Seriously, if you’re trying to get your start in the CDL industry, check out ACE Solid Waste. You couldn’t ask for better if you wanted to. This is your dream job. They have a Mom and Pop culture, but have the resources of a multi billion dollar corporation. You will not find a better company to work for
