Pros

Full time year around work with benefits.I can only speak for my location and the one closest by and overall great place to work.Yes some employees complain of burn out due to running a lean crew which I have witnessed but if you can tough it out for at least 5 years you will be earning 3 weeks vacation after the 1st 5 years and 4 weeks after 10 years and 5 weeks after 20 years which is a definite Pro.Kind of hard to burn out if you spread your vacation time out right(a week off every 3 or 4 months + most weekends).

Cons

Health care insurance is mediocre and a disadvantage to being out of the city is that insurance will only help with fitness club fee's from 2 different clubs that are only located in big cities.

You couldn’t ask for better if you wanted to. This is your dream job. They have a Mom and Pop culture, but have the resources of a multi billion dollar corporation. You will not find a better company to work for
