      Pay is good Benefits are good, (the company paid about 22k just for my family insurance) Laid back environment, management is very easy to get along with

      Hours are a bit up and down, but mostly up. 55-60 hours a week usually

      Best starting pay in the industry Great management Good training Excellent company culture Seriously, if you’re trying to get your start in the CDL industry, check out ACE Solid Waste. You couldn’t ask for better if you wanted to. This is your dream job. They have a Mom and Pop culture, but have the resources of a multi billion dollar corporation. You will not find a better company to work for
