      Pros

      Good environment, pay, benefits, and employees. Staff very friendly and laid back. Great hours and pretty flexible. Able to take breaks wherever you need.

      Cons

      Advancement opprutunity not very good. Pay raises are absolutely horrible. Bonus was okay. Secret shopper calls will grade you on your customer service.

      Best starting pay in the industry Great management Good training Excellent company culture Seriously, if you’re trying to get your start in the CDL industry, check out ACE Solid Waste. You couldn’t ask for better if you wanted to. This is your dream job. They have a Mom and Pop culture, but have the resources of a multi billion dollar corporation. You will not find a better company to work for
