      Pros

      They ALWAYS have lots of job openings They provide free soft drinks in the break room. It's awesome if you're a white guy.

      Cons

      They ALWAYS have job openings. Little respect for women or minorities, and management takes credit for their work. They have a lot of internal tech issues for a company that's supposed to provide tech products and services. LOW pay and inequitable commission system Ineffective management Very siloed - little to no coordination or support between departments Takes FOREVER to pay its vendors
