There's a lot of nice people and long-term job stability if you're enough of a masochist to stick around
Cons
Pay on the very low end of the scale, organization sucks, and business model is a joke. They had to legislatively coerce other agencies into using their overpriced services because nobody in their right mind would use them willfully. This organization epitomizes everything people hate about the public sector: wasteful, obstinate, and bureaucratic. Culture in many departments is toxic in the extreme.
