If you want the lowest pay and worst benefits in the city then you’ve found your place of employment. Management is horrible and unprofessional. They laugh in your face if you suggest anything to them. It is all about money and numbers here, they do not place value in their employees. It could be a snowstorm and they will still be open because they’d rather you die in a car accident than lose any money. We are constantly understaffed and drowning in a full packed schedule yet they bark at us about productivity every day. They stopped matching our 401k since the beginning of the pandemic but their matching sucks anyway. The heath insurance is a joke and the worst out of any medical facility. McDonald’s offers more continuing education and tuition reimbursement than here. We get a whopping 250$ a year which won’t even cover a single book. Do not work here.
