Dietary Job Difficulty - Dietary Aide Washington Health System Employee Review

Worked there last in 2016. Clueless management except once in awhile there was a good one, other administrative people in other areas of hospital often treated the kitchen workers like they were nothing, worker appreciation was not a priority by management or hospital itself. Often thrown in jobs that you didn't have training for and ridiculed if you didn't know what to do. Often had to take up other people's unfinished jobs and deal with employee favoritism. The pay was good but work was made harder by the management not caring for the workers.
