Dennis Washington and promising risk mgt dept. status driven, structured command and control could be a great fit for those that like routine and not taking a stand and for those that fit that type of culture get a great Work life balance. Future changes could really turn this into a great workplace
Cons
Siloed and status mentality. Outdated mgt practices and technology. Leaders daily describe frustration of being put down and told they are wrong. Narcissistic and socio path adjectives have been used to describe their experience. High executive, finance, safety / aviation and HR turn-Over.
