Pros
This is a good company to work for if you are starting out in your career. Wasdell will employ virtually anyone, so if you are interested in an entrance to pharma it can be a valuable stepping stone to a more reputable and professional business.
Cons
GMP is not followed. Management are abusive. The pay is AWFUL. Main shareholder makes all business decisions, often prioritising montary gain over morality or GMP values.
