Allowed to run classrooms fairly independently, lots of freedom with lesson plans, most coworkers are extremely kind and go above and beyond to help you out if you need them.
Cons
Some of the staff is confused about the chain of command, and how that affects them. Some of the administration has the appearance of not caring or being disconnected about what the day-to-day looks like for paras within the school, as opposed to teachers or other staff.
