Pros

Great Cat training and acess to their systems. Most of the mechanics I met here are great people.

Cons

Poor supervision with some not giving you credit for the hours you actually worked. If you have a criminal record, don't even think about applying. I referred a friend who got popped more than 18 years ago--nothing big, just at the wrong place at the wrong time. He paid his dews and has had great paying jobs the last 15 years, but the supervisor who interviewed him and made him an offer called and said HR declined his offer because of what happened to him 18 YEARS AGO!! Total crap and they lost a chance on hiring a great hand. so don't apply if you have any sort of criminal record. Pay is better at other companies too, which is why they're losing so many people. They also make you take an online test before they interview so be ready or do like me and have someone else take it for you.

Cons

This is hands down one of the worst companies I’ve ever worked for. The only thing they seem to care about is appearances while the actual workplace culture keeps getting worse. Management is completely out of touch and full of favoritism. The people getting promoted are usually the ones with connections or the ones willing to play politics, not the employees actually doing the work. Everybody knows it, everybody talks about it, and leadership does absolutely nothing about it. The environment is toxic from top to bottom. Micromanagement, gossip, bullying, and blame-shifting are part of everyday life there. Managers will talk about employees behind their backs, throw people under the bus to protect themselves, and avoid accountability at all costs. Good employees either quit or get burned out trying to survive the chaos. The hiring process is misleading too. They’ll promise training, support, growth opportunities, and a positive culture just to get you in the door. Once you start, you’re basically on your own with little direction and unrealistic expectations. What’s sad is this company used to have a decent reputation, but poor leadership ruined it. The culture has become incredibly unprofessional, and morale is terrible. I would not recommend this company to anybody looking for a healthy work environment or long-term career.
