      Pros

      Pretty laid back. No one is clocking your time. Most people have a very flexible schedule because we work such long hours during busy season.

      Cons

      Warren Averett is like Hunger Games for black women. You will not last long there if you're black. You simply don't fit it. There is very little diversity and ZERO inclusion. There will be parties you don't get invited to. There's no upward mobility. You will be a walking target. In one year I saw so many black women chewed up and spit out.

      Pros

      It is a very welcoming environment, and they work very hard to create a positive culture, despite the difficult working hours. Senior management demands excellence but they also support you in achieving that excellence. The benefits are great!!

      Cons

      Most of the software is proprietary, so you go into it on day 1 knowing nothing about them. The software programs are also not like any others, so there is a pretty steep learning curve.
