Cons
1. Ultra Level Micro-Management- They will approach you anytime 24 x 7. Unlimited Holidays is the biggest lie, expect working on weekends as well as late night. 2. Blame Culture and Toxic Work Culture- Leadership sets up wrong expectations with clients in terms of delivery and throws blame on project management, who in return throws blame on Developers and BAs. 3. Egoistic and Double Faced Leadership- Its not even a proper registered company, in offer letter they have a LLP address, in appointment letter, they have another address, all of which are fake addresses. Be very very mindful of these things, and take an assessment what type of company this might be if you intend to join them. 4. Hire and Fire Culture- As per their own wish, if their leadership wants, they can let you go with 15/30 days of Notice. If you are doing well, but decide moving on (most probably toxic work culture in most cases during the first 3-4 months itself), they will try to hold you back for months and even post that, try to create problems in BGV. Good Thing nowadays is that BGV process has changed in companies and workable. But the thing is, why get into all this mess. 5. Lack of a Good Team- 99% of them are freshers or 1-2 years exp folks. Peer group is average at best.
