      Autonomy, free events and concerts, team & office building opportunities, (some) supportive direct team leaders.

      Cons

      Low pay, terrible executive leaders, toxic office environment (HR is a nightmare - think Michael Scott from the TV show, The Office).

      Pros

      The team is very collaborative. It is not competitive internally like I know it is at other companies, especially majors. The ceiling for growth is very high.

      Cons

      New CEO means lots of unease and constant change. Lots of layoffs create uncertainty and insecurity.
