      its a job, cant think of to much else

      Cons

      management in IT does not seem to savvy on new tech, there not very nice to co-workers. it seems more important to wear a tie and dress nice then to do IT work that matters.

      Pros

      The company has weathered some of the toughest real estate market conditions and has survived. Warmington have great managers directing the company for stable and future growth. Most employees stay for the long term. Turn over is very low.

      Cons

      Since the company is real estate, the market can greatly impact the staffing levels. They primary operate in two states, California and Nevada. The company is small and do not have the career movement like larger companies.
