      Pros

      Nice offices. Cool product. And *some* cool people to work with.

      Cons

      Owners don’t know how to manage people. Revolving door, even long term employees are leaving. 3 hr mangers in 2 years. Just think about that. Same with finance. Most managers are new or have been around for about a year. Owners don’t know how to talk to people. Business seems to be failing because they are cutting a lot of spending and headcount. Sales way down. They overspent during COVID which was good to us but clearly wasn’t gonna last.

      Ownership cares about the employees and the company. They are willing to take calculated risks to grow the business and ensure everyone remains gainfully employed.

      Welcoming, at first. Cool products.

      Cons

      Bad management from the top down. Restructuring multiple times has not done any favors, and continued to get worse during time there. Ideas are accepted until they aren't, and when they aren't you've unknowingly put yourself on a chopping block. Save yourself the trouble, don't even take an interview.
