Pros
Interesting product but grossly overpriced when compared to thier competiton. And yes, they do have competition.
Cons
There is absolutely no room for growth at this small family company. Father created interesting product, hired son beacuse he could not get work out of college to run company with no rela work experience. Nepotism at its finest. If you are considering employment here, just move on. You will only look back at your time spent here as a colossal waste of your time with no professional growth whatsover.
