      Pros

      It's a great company with really nice people. Truly international, very data driven and tech savvy. Some offices are really nice as well.

      Cons

      As the company grew fast over the past 5 years, it didn't have much time to adapt its management and structure to its size and challenges.

      - Very little drama behind the scenes, everyones super chill to work with

      Cons

      - there's usually miscommunication between different offices due to timezones + language barriers, but its minimal and east to work through for most people
