- friendly and proffesional coworkers - good benefits - good offices and corporate events - flexibility about team\technologie rotation - a lot of different reglaments and processes
Cons
- mostly bad management - worst HR depertment i seen ever - terrible codebase - unclear grow ladder - the company hires professionals who are passionate about their work to create primitive interfaces, as a result, middles and below are fine, seniors and above have no opportunity to show themselves or try something new
