      Exellent team, great top management, outstanding tasks.

      Cons

      The consequences of exponential growth - a lot of middle-management and people who get their positions only because they are "veterans". Alot of politics and low transparency.

      - Very little drama behind the scenes, everyones super chill to work with

      - there's usually miscommunication between different offices due to timezones + language barriers, but its minimal and east to work through for most people
