      Pros

      QA were integrated with Devs, allowing us to learn, and better contribute. When the studio shut down, we were all given multiple months of pay.

      Cons

      New hires were paid significantly more than existing employees HR did not remove a person which wore a maga hat and politzi jacket.

      - Very little drama behind the scenes, everyones super chill to work with

      Cons

      - there's usually miscommunication between different offices due to timezones + language barriers, but its minimal and east to work through for most people
