Overall good atmosphere in a blooming company with lots of prospects. Huge amount of interesting projects High level of autonomy.
Cons
Organization needs improvement. Recognition is rare and not on par with the success of the company. Lack of transparency on several levels. Responsibilities often lie in the hands of the wrong people. Management feels like an exclusive friends club.
