Ware Malcomb has an overall strong work ethic accompanied by a family-style culture. The firm is heavily invested in the development of their employees, and they offer a mentor program which promotes great relationships with the leadership. Mentors help mentees find their strengths and empower them to grow in those areas. The many different learning opportunities and projects coming through the office allow employees to gain a wide range of experience. The people here are great to work with.
Cons
The workload is challenging at times, but the company has resources to help out in those instances. You just need to know how and when to take advantage of those resources.
