      Pros

      Not many, the projects are all industriual warehouses for the most part and regular office interiors. Very rare to have projects with high level of design. The California offices may have better project types, the east coast offices do not.

      Cons

      Average vacation, not many official holidays are paid. Went on jury duty, had to use my own personal time/vacation to cover it. Not a lot of support staff, and the few support staff is very inexperienced. Another person noted they get rid of experienced people leaving younger inexperienced staff.

      Pros

      The company culture is positive, with generally friendly colleagues, a comfortable office environment, and a relaxed atmosphere.

      Cons

      Compensation is below industry standards. Career progression pathways lack transparency, making it difficult to set clear professional development goals. Additionally, navigating interpersonal dynamics within the team can at times be challenging.
