WH is an amazing place to start a career either as an HRM or a recruiter. Imagine McKinsey for recruiters - that's exactly the place. Fun, intense, deep dive into markets and business.
Cons
Sometimes it turns into too nervous job. As you will be interviewing executives, sometimes 9AM-to-9PM working days can happen. Work/life balance is something you will be missing, but it pays off later when you realise how many things you learn professionally.
